A VIRTUAL TRIP TO WALES

Today we're  going to make a virtual trip to

WALES

Some people argue there're no big cities,

no picturesque scenery,

no interesting facts on the history of the

country.

But though visitors don't need passports

to cross the border from England into Wales

they soon realize they're entering a country

with its geography, culture, traditions and language.

What have you already heard about Wales?

What are the symbols of Wales?

St.David's the patron saint of Wales.

The red dragon is the symbol that can be found on its flag.

THE LEEK

&THE DAFFODIL

are also its

symbols, worn by the Welsh on St.David's Day.

Use the WORD CLOUD

& share your associations with WALES,

called CYMRU by THE WELSH

a word which has the same root as 'camrador' (friend. comrade).
